The Wave Poem: Robert

Once I was alone, by myself, Now my standards test you to beat. Surrounded by many as I take my lunch seat, A prize I used to admire on the shelf. Belonging to my class Fitting in like a piece of a puzzle Who knew I could rip off my lackadaisical muzzle? I have a red X on my card, few among the mass. I don't remember how I lived before, Without the sence of a bigger meaning, Walking without seeing or hearing, The Wave set me out to soar.
