Confused, shocked what had this brung?
It had trapped all the naive and young
all voices had combined into one
those who didn't follow were involuntarily shunned
but I? I stood my ground
Knowing something was wrong, I was bound
One by one, I saw all my friends turn
seeking diligence and equality
excelling power and atrocity
what exactly were we supposed to learn?
history had helped us finish off, what was once, already done
